I’m available to help clients around the country in the following areas:
- Podcast editing. I specialize in helping reporters and producers make creative and deeply reported longform audio — and I make sure that we all have fun while doing it. (Even when the stories are serious!)
- I’ve edited nationally recognized podcasts like The Promise (Peabody Award), More Perfect (New York Times‘ best podcasts of 2023), Proof from America’s Test Kitchen (Webby Award) and NPR’s Planet Money, among others.
- Show development. I help teams conceptualize new shows or improve ideas and processes on current shows.
- For example: I re-launched More Perfect after a five-year hiatus with a brand-new team and structure, and helped Nashville Public Radio’s daily show, This Is Nashville, develop video capabilities and a visual brand.
- Newsroom training. I’m passionate about helping newsrooms build their reporting and writing muscles as a team.
- I’ve led trainings on writing for radio at Blue Ridge Public Radio and co-facilitated a two-day workshop for college students at the Public Media Journalists Association.
